Would someone out there provide me with a point of contact for Anthony. I want to flash my 2018 S10
but have been unable to get in touch with Anthony.
Thanks

Send your ecu here. I can personally vouch for Nels and his superb flash:

gunslinger , give us the low down on what and how it improved your bike ?
So nels was one of the first people in the country to publish a flash for our bike. He knows every issue, every quirk, and every performance tweak for this platform. He is a tenere expert. He is also going to do my CCT later this year.

I told him i wanted better low rpm fueling and a non useless t mode.

Here is what he did:

- Disable ais - no more decel popping (valve always closed via ecu disable)
- Smode: 1:1 linear throttle with no power restrictions in any gears
- Tmode: sub 1:1 throttle below 50% throttle with smoothing down low. Above 50% throttle and T mode becomes S mode (identical fueling)
– Disable Injector Decel Cut
– Professional fuel map modification for my yosh
– Removal of all gear based or speed dependent restrictions, TRE
– Optimized timing maps for 91+ octane
– Reduce Fan Temps 205°F
– Bypass EXUP Valve (if the tenere has it, cant remember)

Its a completely different bike and better in every single way.

Also: i can get it reflashed for the rest of the life of this ecu by any flashtune dealer for almost nothing, and the next owner can transfer the flashtune licence for $100 and then they get unlimited reflashes and so on.

Where is the EXUP valve?
I think we dont have it.

I think its on his website because nearly all yamahas sport bikes have it and it was a typo that i carried forward from his site.

Can anyone confirm the tenere does not have exup? I am pretty sure i never saw it when i had my airbox apart.

Also: I am not knocking anthonys flash here. Lots of guys love it.

But i went to nels because:

He is 15m from me here in seattle/kirkland

He runs a full shop with a real location and is easy to get a hold of.

I was able to talk with him easily and have a conversation about what i wanted before i went into the shop.

Here is my bike at his shop:
