Another "what plug is under my seat" question

I'm trying to figure out why or what stray wires and plugs are doing under my seat and all i can find is information about the ABS test plug.

I have a 2012 Canada Model, with all of the recalls. I bought it used with plenty of spliced farkles under the right side panel, which i spent most of last winter rewiring.
This past few weeks i've had some suspected electrical issues, so figured I'd just spend the day yesterday pulling the bike down to expose all the wiring and see what i missed.

I found the ABS test plug under the seat, but I also have 2 other plugs under there.. one is a 4 pin (yellow, square pinout no dummy plug) and one is a 2 pin (white, with a dummy plug).
Both plugs have only black wires with olive green paint dots.. meaning there are 6 wires connected to 2 plugs all black/green dot that seem to go nowhere but into the harness.

the wiring diagram is a bit of a headscratcher, because these wires seem to be 'black/blue', not black/green in the diagram, but all of the wires 'terminate' somewhere or are part of a junction.

Any ideas what these are for? i'm going to pull the harness down to its bare wires over this winter, but for now i'm trying to eliminate factors that are contributing to a few electrical glitches i'm experiencing.

Those don’t sound like factory connections. I would suggest taking pics and posting them here as well to help with figuring them out.

i'll have to tear into it again and grab pictures this week. I buttoned it up yesterday with the intent of just ignoring until Winter. they're definitely factory wires, the same colour wires go into the ECU and over to sensors, and do go into an uncut portion of the factory harness.. my best guess for the 2pin is that its to test the O2 sensor's.. the 4 pin looks like it should be connected to something, perhaps a recall leftover.

i'll update with pics in a day or so when i get back to the shop. :)
