Sim exatamente, preciso das medidas pode ser uma base não precisa ser exata

the measurements do not have to be exactly correct, just a base

You could email Altrider and ask them for the material spec and the drawing (autocad?), that shouldn’t be a problem .
Just kidding, when you make it yourself you have to keep in mind that there is more to it then just using some stainless tube and roughly the good measurements. They look symmetrical but they aren’t. Well good luck! Let us know how it goes.
