Well, to each his own. I have to agree with Nietzche when he said "
And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh.”
He didn't even have a motorcycle!

Actually not true. Any contact outside the home is a risk. Have you been at a red light and smelled cigarette smoke? Well that can be the virus you are breathing in only the virus is odorless.

I'm positive I will never convince someone to do the right thing. Not gonna happen. I will do what I think is best for me, my loved ones, and those around me. Many others are going to do what they want regardless of what is happening.

Every Monday morning when I shop and every time I get fuel I see it with my own eyes. Groups hanging out together, riders heading for the canyons, etc. Acting like it's not going to be them.
I respect your opinion, but if carried to that extreme, walking in your yard, or definitely going to the store, etc, would place you at severe risk. Our locality allows outdoor activities as long as social distancing is observed and considers them to be an essential activity. Remaining healthy is a multifaceted process. Good sleep, nutrition, and activity, including social distancing etc, are helpful and acceptable if your location allows you to maintaing distancing when out. For those who choose to remain in strict isolation inside your home, you need to be aware that you are in this for the long haul. This virus will be around for the foreseeable future. The decrease in social activities is there to decrease the size of the peak of the curve of infection. It will not prevent persons from getting ill 3 to 6 months from now when you venture back out. You cannot stop living to save your life. Dr David Price, a Cornell University critical care physician caring for Covid 19 pts daily, has an hour long video out discussing how to prevent transmission of the disease. It might help to allay some anxiety. In the meantime, best wishes for all.

Common sense, and common courtesy (with a touch of the Golden Rule) is all we need. If everybody had those two traits (or three) we could do away with law enforcement, and the laws. Common sense would tell you not to hurt anybody, or steal their shit. Common courtesy would keep you from doing shit that you know pisses people off. The Golden Rule. . . . no explanation necessary. . . .I hope.

I rode yesterday and I will ride tomorrow by my lonesome, Meanwhile 2 neighbors have people come and go. One neighbor has a guest that smokes and I could smell it. Things are not looking good.
