Anyone on here ever had dealings with this KIP MOTO trailer?

I have been trying to contact them for awhile now to no avail. I do not know what's up but customer service is non existing yet their website is there.
PS, I don't know if I put this thread on the correct section, thinking trailer packs gear like luggage, panniers and cases. LOL
