Adding handlebar riser dumb questions

I am adding touratech risers to my 2018 super tenere and have a few questions.
1. What is the final torch on the handlebar clamps?
2. If there is a little gap of the clamps after proper torch, does the gap go in the front or in the back closest to rider?
3. Loctite or no?

Torque should be the word in place of torch, sorry

Have you checked your source is for a Gen2 bike? I’m not definite, but I think the clamp set up is different between Gen1 & 2.
