Can anyone do a quick translate.

There is a very serious German chap in there and some bike s getting a bit "off balance" except for the S10. (2:20)

So can anyone tell us what is going on in there?

I am assuming that the "off balance" stuff is with the ABS off, which the S10 doesn't do. (standard)., and of course there is little dirt being European and all.

Here the ADAC (which is the German AAA) is testing different ABS systems. They show that European bikes, especially Italian, tend to have a very sharp ABS, which only avoids the blocking of the wheels, but not the lift-off of the rear wheel. That causes instability, especially on uneven or dirty underground. They say that the ABS on Japanese bikes in general works softer, so they stay more stable, but may need a longer braking distance. The Honda Fireblade is mentioned for its very foolproof system, the S10 isn't specially acknowledged.
