A wire for the high beams

Hi,

I just installed a new light bar on my Super Tenere. This thread made it easy to get it done by using the high beam wire.

Thanks for all the help and insight. I wouldn't have found the pink wire without you guys.

My 2004 ZRX1200 has one rectangular head light . It kicks my S10's ass

Just saw this. You're abso-f'n-lutely correct. I started with my FJ6 faired 550 Seca. One 55/100w H-4 bulb with a glass lens. Did the same with my FJ 12. 55w low beam kept me out of trouble with other cars, 100w high beam kept me out of trouble on unlit roads.

I'm guessing the pink wire operates the metal shields that cover the bulb(s). Since the bike doesn't have a high beam per se.
