I just picked up a used 2012 and I would be interested in flashing it if that is still an option. I'm in northern Colorado, if that matters. How do I go about getting this done??

What is the current pricing here?

That's between you and whoever you have do it. "Here" is just a forum. AVC8130 started this thread (see page 1) so pm him.

Last I heard the going price was roughly $220.

Just had Anthony reflash my 2014 ES and I love it. Very quick turn around and great to deal with. Touring mode always felt like a marshmallow and now it is the perfect 2 up riding mode of smooth power. Sport mode always felt like you threw out an anchor every time you let off the throttle. Now Sport mode has improved Drive ability with smoother power delivery, smoother shifting and less engine braking. Really transformed the riding experience and couldn't be happier.

Just cut my cat out! Now waiting to send my ecu over to AVC8130. Bike runs amazing with cat out and a two bro Exhaust! Hopefully it will be the ripper I want after AVC gets done with it! ::022::

Man did the flash ever wake the bike up. She rips. Smoothed out the abruptness too. Gave the bike some bigger balls for sure. Best $225 I ever spent. Curious as to the power. Gotta try to get it on a dyno. Many thanks. Kenny.

Someone knows if there is a tune for the gen2 canadians bike. I've asked avc8130 who wrote me to check with them because he saw nothing. Since my english not perfect, I way prefer to communicates by email. Apparently, not them... I wrote them many times, with 3 differents email address and never been answered.

Can you post some details on that Neutering job?
Like what's required after removal?
The flash will make this bike what it should be out of the factory. I believe truly the Tenere 1200 would have gained more attention than it has.

Thanks Anthony!

Without a doubt...this is the best bang for your buck you can get to improve the overall performance of your Super Tenere.

Got my 2013 reflashed in 2014 and it has been such pleasure to ride that I just added a second one. The "new-to-me" (2012) one ran perfectly stock, but it feels like a bucking bronco compared to my 2013.

Long story short...I sent the ECU to AVC8130 and it is now feels even more powerful and smoother than the 2013 (which I thought was nearly perfect). I guess he's made some refinements in the past 4 years.

If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate. It's worth every penny. It totally transforms the ride.
