I have just a few more pictures from the ride home.

How would you like to be the locomotive engineer that drives over this concoction.

And on the way home we took highway 12 across north Nebraska,
I think I got a picture here of one of the long forgotten members of the "Reno_Gang"

Thanks for reading and may God bless you.
Steve

Hi Steve and Michelle, You two are awesome. I shared this with Sharon last night and she said that maybe fun and doable. But certainly not in two weeks that is a lot of miles! I am a little late on this but congratulations on your grandchild. They are truly a blessing and add a great demension to your marriage. We are up to six now. Last winter I lost my dog and this has given grandfather and grandma time to get out moto camping it seems long over due.

Thanks guys.
Mark that's what makes putting up R.R. fun, someone gets to see things they want to go see first hand.
Ride reports are where I get a lot of ideas to visit.
There is a lot out there to see.
And yes the Grand daughter is Awesome !!!

::026:: Often times RR's are all about bikes. This one is a journey of a lifestyle, along with motorcycling, and everything inbetween ::008::

Excellent. Enjoyed being reminded of some places Jenny & I have been and seeing a few places we haven't.

I hope to be back in Alaska/Yukon/NWT next year.

Thanks!

Thank you for your excellent report! I really enjoyed it. It looks like you had a fantastic time on both paved and dirt roads!
Nice to see that the Super Tenere coped well with the ride and that your wife was comfortable.
I hope to do such journeys on my Super Tenere with my wife as well.
Cheers!

Enjoyed the report and pictures, thanks for taking the time to post! I've only done one long trip with my wife on the pillion, about 2k miles. Curious, do you have communication equipment to talk while riding?

I really enjoyed that, thank you.

We're hoping to head up to Alaska after next year's IBR as we didn't get a chance to go there last year so I've bookmarked this to use for ideas.

I rode to Hyder as well but didn't camp at all and no off road. Your off road pictures are amazing. I would love the 2290 foot tunnel. Where is that?

Not sure if you recall Steve, I met you and your son at Hitching Post in Fridley MN when we were both jonesing for a peek at this new bike before the Tsunami. I love checking in on your ride reports, and look forward to your pics. Our mile munching riding styles are similar, perhaps one day we can connect for a ride.

My black 2012 was in Red Lodge twice this year, but it was late August. See ya on the road sometime.

Keep posting, ride safe.
