Hello neighbor! Welcome aboard from The Netherlands. you’ve made the right choice, it’s a great bike.

Stefan
bedankt!
Looks like I'll still have to wait a while to ride it, supposedly there's a waiting time of multiple weeks to receive the new papers...

Just bought this beast and I'm super excited, feeling like a kid on christmas eve waiting to open presents :D
Coming from an MT-07 this will be a huge change but it'll so much more comfortable for me being 195cm...
Looking forward to riding it!
I'm getting excited just looking at that drool, .......awsome ride.....

Why are you waiting such a long time for paperwork? Here it takes 2 minutes to put it on my name and insure it.

Well in Belgium you need to send the old papers (with the name and plate of the previous owner) by post to the DIV (DMV).
This took about 3 days to arrive... Now I'm waiting for them to process my demand and send me back (by post) the new papers and according to their website this can take up to 8 work days!!!

For some silly reason it's not possible to do this online for second hand bikes  (new vehicles & second hand cars are no problem...)

Now, I could just take care of the insurance and drive without forementioned papers but then I'd be risking a fine and possible repossesion of the bike...

typical Belgian shit :(

Welcome #2 from Texas. Been too busy teleworking to check this site much, but it's a great place for exchange of ideas (absolutely no shortage of advice, on any subject).

I bought mine for many reasons, but color was not one of them. I love the anniversary and white/blue liveries, initially disliking the dark colors,.
But my black beaut is growning me and I find myself liking yours: all blacked out.
Congrats on a great ride that is great looking!
