2015 Super Tenere 1200 Non-ES Model

I bought this in February 2017 with 4,615 miles on it. It only has 7,700 miles on it currently. The original owner had put over $6k of extras on it after his initial purchase. I put about another $1k of extras on it after my purchase from him. Unfortunately, I work too much and do not have enough time to ride it. I have taken it on a few trips to the Smokey Mountains and it was perfect. That being said, I would rather sell it to someone who would ride it instead of letting it sit in my garage most of the year.

Modifications and parts that come with the bike:

  • Cogent Dynamics 46mm Rear Shock (sprung for 200lb rider) w/ 5k miles (Original shock comes with the bike)
  • Traxxion Forks serviced w/ .90 linear springs (perfect match to the rear shock)
  • Arrow Headers
  • Delkevic 17" Carbon Fiber Muffler (deep but not loud. Original exhaust comes with the bike)
  • Power Commander 5
  • PC Auto-tune (Jaxon installed the O2 sensor port in the header. All the original boxes and manuals come with the power commander and auto tune)
  • Hepco Becker Engine Guards(original guards come with the bike)
  • ACD Skid Plate
  • Hepco Becker rear mudguard / brake fluid protector
  • Cyclops 8000 Lumen LED Headlights (Super bright!!!)
  • SW Motech GPS holder installed @ windshield mount
  • Yamaha OEM Heated HandGrips
  • Seat Concepts (matching passenger cover)
  • Fastway Evo Adventure Footpegs (installed 10mm lower)
  • ATV-Bend Handlebars (1" higher, with less sweep)
  • Touratech Handguards
  • PowerBronze tinted windshield (+3" with flip - for riders 5'11" - 6'3")
  • Madstad tall windshield with the Madstad adjustable brackets (original Yamaha windshield mounting brackets, original Yamaha and Madstad windshields also come with the bike)
  • Yamaha factory winglets installed
  • Shad SH33 topcase (Comes off very easily)
  • Hepco Becker Lock-it SideCase carriers ( These are Pelican cases with quick release installed, but I also have new Caribou hard install bolts. The scratches on the left side case were from when they were installed on another bike that the original owner used them on.)
  • Caribou 36 liter Panniers + extra lock
  • Aftermarket folding highway pegs installed on skid plate and are great for long highway stretches and easily fold out of the way with your foot for the twisty roads.
  • Aftermarket adjustable brake and clutch levers (original levers come with the bike)
  • 15 amp waterproof outlet installed and kept under the seat (This will power any air compressor and has come in handy for a flat when the valve stem failed)
  • Wireless TPMS (front and rear) with handlebar mounted LCD screen (only 2 months old)
  • Avon AV54 Trailrider tires installed about 2k miles ago (Still in great condition and they perform perfectly at high speed and with light off-roading)
  • Soupy’s adjustable lowering links installed on the rear suspension (I have the original parts that are easy to install. I have a short inseam and I lowered the bike 1” so I could get both feet a little closer to the ground at stops)
  • Soupy’s adjustable side stand. New in box, never used. The stock side stand with an aftermark wide base (already installed) supports the bike well, even with it lowered 1”.
  • Givi XStream 15 liter tank bag with quick detach (best tank bag I have ever had)
  • Lithium Battery (Comes with specific lithium charger)

Also comes with:
  • New OEM Yamaha air filter
  • New aftermarket oil filter
  • Carbon fiber style fork covers
  • Fork boot covers

I might be missing something because this bike is FULLY loaded.

The mileage is now 7,700. It has always been garage stored. I changed the engine oil and shaft drive oil at 5,500 miles. The gear shifter has been lubed recently. Everything works perfectly. Super smooth at highway speeds. The aftermarket LED lights are absolutely perfect at night and illuminate everything. The Yamaha YES warranty is good until 9/25/19 and can be extended another 2 years. It has a ZUMO 590LM GPS base mounted above the gauge cluster that is hardwired. I could keep the GPS unit if you have your own, or I could sell it with the bike for an extra $600. The unit sells for $800 new and is waterproof. The Madstad windshield and brackets are great and really block the wind, comfortably, at highway speeds.

I am posting it here first. This forum has been great for help/guidance and I will definitely miss seeing all the posts. I hope this goes to someone that truly appreciates the S10.

It has a clear title in my name and is located in Louisville, Kentucky.

$8.5k

This is hands down the best deal I've seen on a Gen 2 S10!! If I didn't have a 2014 already, I'd be all over it!!

Good Luck with the sale!!
