20,000 miles, thats what showing on my odometer today, I took delivery August 9th 2011.
What a great and fun motorcycle this is. I've owned a bunch of bikes and I believe this is the best all around bike for me so far.
Its not the perfect motorcycle but it sure does a lot of things well.
Looking forward to many more troublefree miles.

Good for you justbob. 13,600 for me with a July 30th delivery date. Definitely a fun motorcycle.

You and I seem to be keeping the same pace. My combined S10 mileage is right around 13,450.

Congrats justbob. The 20K mark is a notable one. ::012::

Justbob, What was your experience with spokes loosening or wheels going out of spec?

A question I've been saving for a high mileage rider: how are the brake pads holding up?

13,600 miles: Thanks for asking Don. Made me check. I don't know what the original pads looked like but looks I have less than a 1/8" and more than 1/16" on the front and more on the rear. I am an overly cautious braker. Gotta look into whether this is excessive wear.

24k miles and my rears look about half gone, but even. Didn't check the fronts today. Eyeball says the fronts are about half worn too. Look even from top to bottom, but I didn't pull the pads off.

That fits with what I'm seeing @ 9k. With out new ones to actually measure, I was thinking I was at about 50% at my tire change.
Eric, you just got crazy wide open spaces to run around in. You hit your brakes... what, three times a week maybe?

 I think it might have been four times last week. ;) Truth be told, my riding style is such that you won't see the brake light unless I'm coming to a stop. Very rare I use the brakes otherwise. It does help that I live outside town and often head away from town to go on a ride. Home to Las Vegas would be... two stops, inside the hood, then no stops for 130 miles or so until I reach Vegas. Salt Lake City would be... a four stop ride, (gotta get gas). Gerlach, NV would be... jeeze, 13 stops! for a 580 mile ride. Maybe 15, depending on traffic in Tonapah. Damn towns. ::26::
