I like those! I also like the silver screen in the side vents. I know it's very customized but it's interesting that your exhaust is on the right side of the bike.

Curious - on the bikes that did not come with heated grips, when you install the Yamaha plug and play ones, are they controlled through the menu/screen interface just like the ones that came as stock?

Check out Yamaha's World Crosser decal kit...expensive but look great on the bike. I know there is a red/black version (see link of pic of them on bike in my signature) and I think there is also a yellow version but don't recall if it's yellow/black or yellow/blue. I believe I had to order mine...

I was gonna do the sport version (based on your recommendation) and they cautioned that it wouldn't have "all day comfort" so I went with the "normal" version. At the time, I had just done 1200 squirmy miles on the Sargent seat and desperately wanted real comfort so I didn't chance it.

IMHO return it and invest in a Russell Day Long or similar custom seat. You'll save money in the long run when you eventually decide that's they way to go. It's a little more expensive but I had the Sargent (still have it for a spare) and can tell you the difference is night and day...the RDL is...

My RDL seat...otherwise my seat time would be limited to just a few hours. After that - luggage, windscreen/spoiler, Akro slip on, RAID toolbox, dash infill panel.

Not downplaying your ingenuity chief, I just have a different approach...potato, potahto I have the stylus tethered to the bag so if I had to, I could pull it out and swipe without fear of dropping and losing it. Generally, with the BT Sena, I just use Siri voice commands.

I don't want to be mucking with my phone when I'm riding

I just keep a touch screen stylus in my tank bag :)
