Is Moreland, GA too far?

In addition to all the good advice above, double check, you might have to have the bike inspected in your state to confirm the VIN#. I bought a bike in California and brought it home to Georgia. I had to have an affidavit signed by the county sheriff confirming the VIN before I could get it...

I did a fly and ride last August from Northern California back to NE Georgia taking the southern route. It was awfully hot but still worth it. This looks like a great deal!

Yes, I just mounted mine and you can raise it enough to clear the turn signal indicators.

I'm about 5 miles north of Cumming, a minute off of SR400. Finding another S10 to ride with would be great. I don't take it off road though, maybe easy gravel but nothing to serious. Bruce
