A friend who bought my old 2013 Super Tenere wants factory panniers. However he got the panniers but now can't find a mounting kit. Has any one got a set they don't use? Please? In Australia but open to anything.

You need the 4 pin in the electrical box.

If the front is lighter you have too much tow ball weight. Yes it can push in corners, that is why you slow before the corner and power through.

Nope if packed properly you don't know it's there most of the time. Just slower for accelerating or braking.

The top mounts are same as the photos above. I don't recommend the pillion peg hangers as mounts. On the 2013 while I was away once the bike didn't tow right???? On inspection the peg hanger bolts on the left to the frame had failed or come loose. One was loose and the head of the other...

The lower mounts go to the threaded holes behind the pillion pegs. The upper mounts go to the in my case the rear pannier mount bolts or the rear pillion handle bolts.

Towed with 2013 S10 and Now 2022 S10. I use a Classic tow bar from Australia - However they no long exist.

Saw a couple of S10s travelling through and both had diff breathers that went up under the seat.

I did mine like the book says at 50,000 km and just needed to add grease and reassemble.

Have riden off the main stand on many bikes without problems.

I am running a sergeant seat and finally found how it locks down. I noticed if I'm not running the rear seat it locks down no worries. So now I push it backwards firmly before pushing it down to lock. Now no problems.
