I have been looking at both pivot pegs and sw motech pegs a lot, just haven't pulled the trigger. I'm curious how that would change things.

Of course! It's not my height, but my shoe size! I did rotate handles forward a bit to help body position standing. Right now I'm just practicing technique so in SE MN I am the dufuss! Must be something I just need to get past.

Did you adjust shifter and brake lever or go aftermarket? I feel if my foot was that far forward I'd be braking and shifting by accident A LOT.

I'm a tall rider and I've been working on riding standing up for more technical terrain. The problem I have is I feel the muffler and passenger bracket keeps me from getting the foot placement I truly want. I also seem to hit the centerstand while upright also.
