Sounds like you got a very nice deal ! I am also a 2018 Tenere owner, so far it has been mostly trouble free but with 87,000 miles on it now I need to spend a lot of money on new very expensive parts like brake rotors , brake pads and tires.

Have The valves been adjusted ? If not it’s a pretty expensive procedure to pay for and pretty complicated to do yourself.

I have absolutely no problem with manual shifting but have taken a few test rides on Goldwings with DCT and that’s definitely what my preference would be if buying a new Goldwing.

Could you post a picture of the tool you made for compressing the ES fork springs ? I just ordered a USB thing that’s supposed to plug into a windows computer, i asked the seller specifically if it has all the information needed to service ES forks and he claims it does...
