Are you loyal to Yamaha? My buddy bought a new Suzuki 800 V-Strom. He has done multiple stages of the Trans Am Trail. Just a normal guy. Other than no cruise, might be a good option? He test road a 700 Tenere and found it top heavy with a full load of fuel.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but will these work on a 2019? Or did the changes to the Gen 2 update require a different model? Went to Rox website and cant tell.

Thanks to everyone still forwarding me some options. I installed the new SW adapter that I got here along with the smaller SW plate and it has resolved my issues. I am no longer looking for the stock adapter.

yup just the stock plastic one. Not sure if there is a difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2 but the 2016 should be the same as my 2019. Thanks for the offer on the Givi luggage but I am looking to go to soft bags. I will reach out to your email. Skoron

Does anybody have the rear carrier from a newer S10 that they would be interested in selling? My old 2012 came with the SW luggage on it and I had to swap out the one that came with my 2019 to the old bike. Now I am thinking of trying something different for luggage and going back to stock...

Yes the throttle position sensors would be the first place to start. Happened to me at about 35,000 miles on my 2012.

Thanks for the added pics. I had one on my BCR. Works well on keeping scuff marks off the tank especially with the flat style paints we have seen from Yamaha like my off white/grey 19.

If anyone is looking at the skid plate only, i might be interested in the crash bars! Skoron
