have a look at the throttle bodies they have a switch too maybe its stuck? Did you sort it already?

I have been testing my new spring, actually if the rebound is on 15 clicks from fully clock wise it feels very good about 20-25% stiffer with no preload I have used thicker spacers than above +10mm

I have just completed this modification today I added 10mm total to the spring cups and made equal sizes both ends, I am quite disappointed as I think the spring is still to soft, I would recommend starting with approx 600- 650lb spring I am 220lb rider with some luggage Mrs now and then cheers

and yes it is for the 2.5" spring sorry

I did mine easy, I cut a window with a slitting disc hammered it all out, bent the plate over and rigged it back up ;-)

The point of the rack is simple if on the standard boxes you have an off the plastic rack that holds the top box on breaks as this is the plastic part not the box, once broken they are very difficult to come by, I am in negotiations to try and get the price down as low as possible, in the design...
