Hi all.
It may be a dumb question but I don't understand what's the difference amongst different years on the various exhaust for our bikes...
Is it just down to Euro 3 - Euro 4?

Thanks for the answer.
Please be patient because I am a foreigner after all :D...
If I was to buy and install a 2010-2014 muffler on my 2020, would I be ok?
The reason I am asking is because I would have found a good deal on a exhaust but it says from 2010 to 2015 ( I think )...
Thanks for your time and help.

Yes ... no problem, it fits perfectly ...... another difference was the catalyst. Gen1 was flattened, Gen 2 is more cylindrical ... now the balanced pipes, if it is true that there was a connection between the pipes, but I don't think the purpose was to "balance" ... but it would not make sense to have the oxygen sensors individual "after" balance

Fcuking hell, that’s an ugly exhaust pipe!
Ruins the bike’s look and geometry!
(Hope it’s not yours…)

This is the one on sale...
I guess I could try to purchase it and if doesn't work I could send it back...
I don't buy often from the web so I am hesitant...
It says from 2010 to 2015 for some reason...

Don’t rush to buy it ... I don’t think that "specifically" the model in the photo is for an S10 (maybe an error in the photo of the publication) ... usually the exhaust outlet "is directed downwards" ... in "all" slip-ons on the market ... .otherwise it “cooks” the turn signal
An error like this…..

As I said I don't usually buy on internet and this one seems too good to be true...
It doesn't even show the vendor, only Amazon...
I couldn't even ask some information...
I might wait for the New year's sale if something pops up...
The funny thing is that I am not too concerned about buying a muffler, it's just it seemed a good deal.
It's good to know though that I find something " older" than my specific model it will fit, so I have a wider choice.
Many thanks.

Sometimes they use a pipe to brace the headers together. It’s not a balance pipe and if you look carefully you can see small drain holes in it. It was the same on my Zx14r. But it does look like a balance pipe
