Took a trip to Norway for some bird photography a couple of days ago ( Fratercula arctica ) and my companion was my 2018 Raid Edition.
Was using a small tent and had a lot of photo gear with me also. Wonderful bike and very comfy on longer trips due to the fact that I can stand up and ride and rest my back sometimes.
Great photos! thanks for sharing!

That's generally what our Norwegian roads and sceneries are like. We're truly spoiled in being able to instead of riding our own back road, to daydream about far-off destinations or legendary rides. :)

That bike LOOKS like it is sitting straight up. Like a gust of wind would topple it. Optical illusion? The ST1300 fell on my foot when I opened the saddlebag, and it didn't look that upright. My Tenere leans at about a 70 degree angle. (but I do have the preload set @ 2 helmets) Gorgeous picture regardless.

The suspension on these bikes is too soft. When loaded down for a long trip like I was on I had the preload at the max and still had to be careful where I parked. As it turned out about a week after that picture was taken my bike was knocked over by a strong gust of wind in Grants Pass OR. It damaged my RH pannier and bent the racks, as well as scratching the crash bars on the right side. I replaced the pannier, removed the racks and straightened them out as soon as I got home a couple days ago. Yesterday I filed down the deepest scratches on the crash bars and then wet sanded them before finishing off with 3 coats of satin black rust paint. They look like new again. There is a thread on here about suppliers of stiffer springs for the rear and I think I will get one. Here are my bars after the repair last night.

Truth be told, I've never loaded mine down to that extent; don't have the patience, or the butt, to travel that far. Paint looks great; better than original.

The side stands on both my 13 and 18 Tenere’s haven’t been the greatest and the 18 is worse than the 13.
Many folks add a footpad but that simply would not work on my 18 because my stock side stand is to long, I have filed some off the bottom but that didn’t help much.

Vstream Tour
That’s what I thought, I love the fact that it’s clear not tinted.
I had the VStream touring on my 13 and it was excellent but always thought it was slightly to tall for my size.
So on the new 2018 I went with the 2 inch shorter Sport Tour, like it except for the tint, wish it was clear but unfortunately it’s not available in clear.
Have you installed windshield braces ? I installed braces last week and I’m pretty surprised at the difference they make, I didn’t realize how much my windshield was moving around without them.
