It was the power supply. I wired it into a fuse block which apparently wasn't clean. Ground is now right to the battery and the power is tapped of the rear light back under the cowling. All is good. ::013::


Installed today and I am only seeing 9.99 as an afr which means something is wrong.

Instructions say either a bad sensor or I have it wired wrong. I double checked my colors on the terminations and they are good. Anybody have a bad sensor out of the box?

I disconnect and reconnect my terminations tomorrow.

Anything else to check?

I've read through this thread and it was alluded to that using the AT-300 vice the AT-200 maybe more beneficial with Arrow headers and an aftermarket can. Can anyone confirm?

I know it is old... but check AutoTune box Power supply. I unplugged power connector for my my chain oiler on another bike to turn it off - the PCV went into limp mode and AFR was 99.9. I didnt know what was going on! finally sourced issue my Autotune was getting power from same connector as chain oiler.

AT200- is a single O2 sensor setup.
AT-300 is a dual O2 sensor setup.

S10 runs dual O2 sensors... best to run AT-300 as the Arrows also allows for Dual O2 sensors.
This is also due to the sensors position before the 2 pipes merge.

Do you just unplug the stock 02 sensors and run the two from the AT-300? Do you need some sort of sensor eliminators do trick the ECU?

Generally if you are removing the factory O2 sesnor and putting in an aftermarket computer you do need to plug something into the harness.
Mostly it is an O2 sensor eliminator. But S10 uses the Included dual channel O2 Optimizer

I'm somewhat confused. The power commander installation guide indicates that you should retain the stock 02 Sensors for closed loop areas even if using the autotune as the autotune will not control the closed loop areas. This seems pretty crappy, unless those table areas are being populated based on dyno tuning?

I bought the AT-300 with the intention of getting rid of the stock 02 sensors.

The O2 Optimizer for this model controls the stock closed loop area. This area
is represented by the highlighted cells shown in Figure H. The O2 Optimizer
is designed to achieve a target AFR of 13.6:1. To use this O2 Optimizer you
must retain your stock O2 sensors (even if using Auto-tune).
It is not necessary to alter the values in the highlighted area of your fuel table.
If using the Auto-tune system do NOT input values in this area of your Target
AFR table.

After waiting months for my Arrow header to get here last night was install time. I installed the headers without adding additional bungs for the stock O2 Sensors, and I am instead using the dual channel autotune. This may be a mistake, and I may be sending the headers out to get additional bungs welded on depending on what sort of surging issues I have in the closed loop area. Although I can't imagine where the bungs would go.... there isn't much room left. Based on feedback from Anthony this is going to cause surging in closed loop. Does anyone else have experience with this setup?


It's cold and wet out today, I have a ride planned with my wife on Sunday and Saturday I have other plans that unfortunately do not include working on tuning. It might be next week before I can get some time on the bike to start progress on the autotuning.
