Just about two weeks ago supplemented the headlights with a single HID Hella DE ... been running these lights for years on my other bikes. Then better put them to good use because the S10 really needs some help!
For now only one light, have also the regular halogen DE...
I believe it is too. In fact while riding in South America even had three means for air ... manual pump, CO2 and electric.
Have had many flat tires on the road ... plug / inflate and keep riding. :)
When leaving home also the other item in my luggage is rain gear ...
While not riding with the luggage I keep means to fix a flat under the seat. CO2 and plugs. ;)
Usually also carry an electric pump ... don't leave home without it! :p
Saturday I installed the crash bars and today went for the headlight shield.
By the way Saturday night rode the bike and I realized what you all know ... headlights need some help / auxiliary. :(
I own a bike and have it garaged in Spain ... once a year fly in and ride. Is not a Super Ten, although still does the job! ;)
last long ride in 2019 was to Normandie (Caen) from Madrid.
2021 September just normal riding visiting sister / friend to Andalusia and back.
Bike being a 2014 had the stock front tire ... very low miles at 6700 original ... Keeping safety / sanity in mind decided to install a new one. Rear is fine a couple years old and few miles on it.
Already changed engine oil / filter + differential oil too.
Realized about it soon ... also after reading many of the comments.
Have also plans to create a splash barrier in front of the engine to stop water from going on top of the valve cover / coils.
