    The Darkside.......

My aux light did break off. Looking for a good way of mounting it. This ride was about 450 miles on the super tenere, crossed over 71k miles on the bike. And 10k miles on the rear tire

Is the Tenere 700 the real super tenere?

this makes me wonder if the tenere 700 should have been called the super tenere. It is so much more inline with the super lineage of the super tenere 750. The xt1200z should be hyper tenere or something else.

Definately plan on keeping it on and doing it in future bikes. I don't ride track day type of speed so i've not seen a performance issue for everyday...

Problem with super tenere on the road? Looking for noise source

I feel embarassed even saying. it was a bolt that was loose. The arm for the brake got loose and was rattling around. So as the suspension moved up and down it creaked a bit. Problem with super tenere on the road? Looking for noise source

i found one potential issue that might be it, but unsure yet. It sure sounds like it could be it. One of the brake arm bolts that attaches to the caliper was loose. THe bolt and nut was still there but it was the one closer to the front of the bike. I did wiggle it back and forth and made a very...
