currently overhauling this old girl. New pistons, rings, pushrods, srpings, and cam. According to the micrometer, the crankshaft was well within spec.

I checked the vent line to the air box. No leaks there. At first, I thought I ran through oil at a red light but the tires showed no signs of it. I will keep looking.

Is there a crank case vent tube? It has been hot here in Alabama. I lifted the tank, no oil anywhere. I inspected everything with a flashlight and mirror. Found nothing.
