    WTB: Puig Crash Bars

I put them in my shopping cart on Amazon, and just checked back every couple days hoping to find a used or clearance set pop up. The price fluctuated a bit over 2 or 3 weeks, then one day it was down to $95 new, with free shipping. I got lucky! I love their lower profile. I'm disappointed to...

2016 non-ESD Super T and I need to respring my rear

I'm in the process right now. Terry has my shock, and I should see it back around the end of the week. He said he's done 8 or so S10 shocks in the last month... And I've only seen positive reviews online. So far I'm very pleased with Terry, but obviously haven't ridden the shock yet. I'm sort...

Results only, avc8130 Affordable Flash Option..

Just had mine done. 2012 - went with his recommended setup. T mode rides like this bike should... S mode is just beastly; Even sounds ridiculous in S mode. Super happy customer.

    Spring 2017 - Romney, West Virginia - May 5 - May 7, 2017

I'd like to try to make this weekend, but I can't commit. I'm going to the Stolen Pig Rally the weekend before, and this one will be dependent on bike and wife conditions thereafter. I'll arrive Saturday around noon, and roll out Sunday around noon. I'd love to meet up with some locals and ride...

Alcoa Good Times (outside Knoxville, TN) - Great Place

I was unfortunately stuck here do to my recent motorcycle crash. But they treated me very well. They put up with my hanging around, gave me a demo bike to go get lunch, sold me a gear bag quite cheap to deal with all my random motorcycle parts/luggage (no longer on a motorcycle), and even gave...

    For Safety's Sake.....

I'm Here! Alright, jeesh, I'm here! Sorry for the delay, I've been a member for some time, but am more of a lurker here. I was clued in to this thread by a buddy, and figured I'd chime in. I had a ton of responses, but as I've just read 7 pages of stuff, I only remember a few. First off, you...

Cruise Control for XT1200Z Do we have all that is needed but software?

Exactly the same here. I don't need anything fancy, I just want a push-on/push-off button that turns on and off CC, with the standard safety shut-offs. Very interested!

    10,000 mile rear tire?

Too many variables. If you're light, on good roads, and easy on the throttle, there are tons of 10k+ mile tires available. If you're heavy handed, carry a lot of weight (2-up/luggage/whatever), or have rough asphalt, then it may be impossible. For pavement only, I'd go with Pilot Road 3's...

    Best Street Oriented Tires?

Really? They run the 205 width without issue on vstroms, I guess I just assumed that meant it'd cross over.

    Best Street Oriented Tires?

Another vote for the PR3's. Although, if I was riding strictly street on a bike with a somewhat limited lean angle like this one... I'd seriously look at going dark side (unless twistys are commonplace). I sure hope that doesn't send this thread in a downward spiral.

Yamaha Super Tenere MOTO-TAG photo game

Excellent. I guess I had no idea how few Covered Bridges were left; Ohio must be the covered bridge capitol of the US: http://www.coveredbridgemap.com/oh/ A drag strip should be easily attainable for many...

    My Rumbux have arrived....

Nice weather Saturday, while I'm sitting at work :-[. I'm off Sunday, but it's supposed to rain :'(. Iron Pony has the Matte Grey Tenere. They've got it sitting right in front of the entrance... It looks killer!

    My Rumbux have arrived....

BTW, I couldn't be more pleased either; EricV was fantastic, the product is solid, and install went smooth. I splashed some mud on it yesterday for effect. After gun season is over I'll go out to my favorite backroads and beat it up a bit. I did go ahead and get the clip-on-nuts for the skid...
