I've been running Shinco 705's for about two years now. Great wet and dry pavement traction and they handle dirt and gravel road very well. I'm getting between 8 to 10 thousand on the rear and have 16 thousand on the front.

I had the same problem. Turned out something had cut the front sensor wire. It was spliced with a three inch wire. I have also seen posts about dirty pickups. I would check the wires, if all is good, pull both wheels and clean well.
What is the general consensus on riding kids pillion? I have twin 11 year step sons who love to ride with me, but I'm terrified they will fall asleep and fall off. Especially on longer rides. Any thoughts on this?
This mod has helped for me. Gives me just, that little extra reach to the ground. However, it didn't help with the numbness in a certain place, like I hoped it would.

It is possible for the cam to get out of place when the lock cylinder is not installed, to reposition it you have to remove the cover below the lock on the inside of the case. Is it possible that the back plate screws have backed out? There has been some discussion of that in another thread.
Sounds like someone popped your lock. It is probably trashed from what they did. I would think your only choice would be to do the same thing. Take screwdriver and force it to turn.
