I have a Madstad bracket with a 24" Parabellum. No wind buffeting. The Madstad came off my 2012 and fit my 2016. The windshield had to be a gen1 to fit the bracket. It still sucks not getting them for PM's.

They may look different, but the outer part isn't what leaks. Dirt particles get stuck to the inner edge. Best defense is Shock Sox or similar.
