Well I know at least one ride I'm taking this Summer, the Wyoming BDR. The route will be released February 1st but Inna Thorn gave a pretty good description of the route in an article you can read here:

https://www.upshiftonline.com/magazine-issue/january-2022

It starts near Baggs, WY (close to the end of the COBDR) and ends up in the Bighorns, I'm guessing in the Bighorn Canyon and the Pryor Mountain Mustang Refuge area North of Lovell, WY.

Here's the link to the site where the route will be available:

https://ridebdr.com/WYBDR/

You can see the trailer for the WYBDR movie there.

I'm planning on riding it in late June - early July.

We I'm retired so I'm flexible. I would avoid mid August, it can get pretty warm.

There are 8 sections to the route and it takes 2 days up and back from my house at a reasonable pace, so I think 12 days. You should add an additional two days, so 2 weeks. lddave is also interested in the ride.
