Since I totaled my 2012 Tenere hitting a deer on the way to teaching a Basic Rider Coarse six years ago I suppose it was way past time to update my old avatar photo with the 2013 replacement. Here's a close up of me grinning ear to ear on the top of Cinnamon Pass after learning the Tenere is way more capable off road than I ever dreamt. I was attending a FJR rally in Montrose four years ago but wanted to get the Tenere out in the wild so I rode it in place of the FJR.

That’s exactly how a GS rider likes it. Standing besides their bike on a parking lot telling others how good it is ;)

thats what i was doing telling everybody in the bike park i had the best bike, lol but they all asked why i had a TRIUMPH adventure jacket on tho,

i was lucky again tho the xt1200 saved me,
