Made a big mistake nearly 2 years ago , the job was looking iffy so decided to sell my 2013 s10 to my supervisor to free up the monthly, things calmed down and I ended up buying another bike , 2003 vrod anniversary edition , a great bike but definitely a one trick pony and my supervisor rides the s10 all the time so I get to see it everyday, now I am on a hunt for another s10 , the struggle is real.

You've chosen to replace your S10 with a completely different category of bike. You really need to seriously think of why you wanted to sell your S10 in the first place :). Was it financial burden or change of riding style? When I sold my Yamaha Dragstar in 2013 and replaced it with an S10 it was because I wanted to change my riding style.

Having said that, you are obviously entitled to like both riding styles. A colleague of mine has a Yamaha Bolt and a Triumph Tiger.

The solution is obvious, trade the V Rod to the supervisor for the Super Tenere.

Been there before and had way too much money into it...and wasn't even functional. Nothing is as fun as my ST. 15+ bikes over the years and the only one I ever regretted letting go of was my first ST. On a side note the V-Rod market is very finicky. I had over 30K (custom everything) into mine and ended up trading for a SXS.

My reason for selling the s10 was purely financial and the vrod was to good of deal to pass up after work calmed down , that being said the s10 is the only bike I have ever owned that checked all my box's , I have a girlfriend that will
1. Buy the s10 for me
2. Help with the purchase
Selling the vrod is an option but it is the only HD that has ever held my interest but as I said in the first post it is a one trick pony so it looks like I will have 2 bikes soon , thanks for the response guys.

Totally understand. $5k paint job on top of all the chrome. Now only stock bikes. You CAN ride them dirty!
