Twisted front forks?

I've since noticed when trying to align my handlebars with my roxx risers, that although my handlebars will appear to be straight on, when I look at my forks, they look askew. I'll try to post some pics once it stops raining here, but I'm just wondering if perhaps the way the forks work (or are clamped together), that this is something that can be adjusted, or perhaps something was bent. My intuition would say this is something that can easily be adjusted if done right. I haven't done anything about it thus far because it's really not a big deal. The bike rides safe without any adjustment, it's just an OCD thing with me, I want to make sure even if the alignment is off by 2cm, that it can be straightened. Anyone ever encounter this?

ps: I've dropped the bike countless times, mostly offroad in the sand/dirt. I tend to pick the bike up by the handlebars, maybe this method contributed to the misalignment?

They can definitely be twisted. Loosen the pinch bolts, front axle, and three of four corners of the triple clamp. (Loosen the 4th and the forks can fall out.) Then re-tighten.

I just installed Rox Risers on my 2014ES...I just have to ask: Did you purchase the Super Tenere "friendly" rox risers with the extended mounts? (Maybe that makes a difference since the 2014+ has a weird angled mount?)
Also, if you find you have too much flex once those risers are installed I found a post on here that uses simple washers to take the flex out a good solution.

Either way, hope you get things sorted!

Cheers

Bang the front wheel up against a telephone pole until everything is straight again. If your not sure how to do this, find some old dirt biker and he will show you how.

Yeah I did actually get the ones that we're friendly for the Super Tenere style clamps. Ah the flex, I think I know what you mean. I will look into it. Usually it's just tight enough to not be an issue, but it is something I do not like about the risers. I wish they were're more like spacer blocks that we're more inline with the clamps themselves, instead of being cylinders that go into the clamps like the handlebars do.

I might well have to do this. Loosen some bolts, bang, tighten!

My '14 came from the factory with the forks slightly twisted. I didn't get much past the end of the dealers driveway before I turned around and asked WTF. They loosened everything up and it fell into alignment. I guess it can happen either at the factory or in shipping not a big deal. Do what Checkswrecks said and it will sort out. Might also want to loosen bolts for risers. They can get torqued in the rubber mounts in the top triple tree.
